The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please note, all packages will be sent with signature confirmation.
We do not make exceptions to this policy.
Processing time is 48 hours, Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day.
Preordered items take 14 business day Production time. Preorders can not be changed, canceled, or refunded 24 hours after the order has been placed.
Any order placed on Friday after 3pm EST will be processed on the following business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for Shipping after Processing Time. It’s very possible you can receive your order earlier depending on our work load & it is our main priority is to get your packages out as soon as possible. We understand the anxiety of anticipating your package but please do not panic or contact us being inpatient before the time listed above. To be clear your package is not late unless it’s after 7 business days or 21 business days for preorders.
We ship via USPS. All options are provided via checkout.
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information.

Bossy Extensions provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but Bossy Extensions does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
