Once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. In the event of a mistake on the sellers behalf we offer exchanges of product only.
Yes! Billing and shipping does have to match in order for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Only exception to a different shipping and billing is Apple Pay. Bossy Extensions reserves the right to contact customer for further verification ie: photo identification, last 4 of credit card to ensure all orders are safe protecting the buyer and Bossy Extensions as the supplier.
