    Refunds/Exchanges?
    Please be advised before purchasing on the site, once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES unless there is a mistake on the seller's behalf. Bossy Extensions is subject to verify all orders by requesting proof of payment and a Valid ID. None of this information will be shared under any circumstances. This information Is obtained to protect from fraud and fraudulent disputes. In event of Fraudulent Charges, Customer will be subject to a law enforced hearing upon company losing Funds or product. Customer will be contacted via shipping address in such case.

     

    Can I make changes to my order?
    To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

     

    Do you offer refunds?

    Once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. In the event of a mistake on the sellers behalf we offer exchanges of product only.

    I ordered online, but want to cancel, Can I do that?
    We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to their order details carefully before submitting their order.
    In the event that I miss my hair appointment as a result of a delayed delivery, will you cover the cost of my Hair Appointment and/or cancellation fees.
    No, we will not cover or pay for any fees associated to the cancellation of hair services and appointments. Please wait to receive and confirm your items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointment and services.
    Does my billing and shipping have to match?

    Yes! Billing and shipping does have to match in order for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Only exception to a different shipping and billing is Apple Pay. Bossy Extensions reserves the right to contact customer for further verification ie: photo identification, last 4 of credit card to ensure all orders are safe protecting the buyer and Bossy Extensions as the supplier.

    Pre-dyed Hair?

    Please note that our wigs may come with pre-dyed hair. While we take every precaution to ensure that the hair dye used is safe and of the highest quality, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of the dye. It is the responsibility of the customer to check for any color allergies before purchasing our products. We highly recommend that you perform a patch test before using any of our products. By purchasing our wigs, you agree to release our company from any liability associated with color allergies or any other reactions to our products.
